Dr Catherine Smart
MBChB (Otago), PGDipOMG, FRNZCGP
Catherine is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.
She is passionate about all aspects of General Practice but has a particular interest in Women’s Health across the ages.
Specialist interests include period problems, PCOS, hormonal mood issues and perimenopause/ menopause, early pregnancy and maternal mental health.
She is experienced in mirena insertion/ removals and pipelles. Catherine is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society and the International Menopause Society.
Dr Megan Pow
MBChB, MPH, DFPH, FRNZCGP
Megan is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.
She has worked as a psychiatric registrar and spent a substantial period of time in Hong Kong’s public health system.
A mum of three, she is a strong advocate for healthcare practices which focus on care from a women’s life journey viewpoint, and in the true breadth of the biopsychosocial model.
Dr Rosie Livesey
MBChB, DipOMG
Rosie is a third year GP trainee. She is delighted to have joined the team at Juno Health.
She has previously worked for a number of years as a junior doctor at Christchurch Hospital. Rosie is relishing the variation and complexities of General Practice.
Outside of work she enjoys walking up hills and looking after chickens.
Dr Lauren Cumberpatch
MBChB, PGCertWHlth, DCH, FRNZCGP
Lauren graduated from University of Otago in 2010 and is a Fellow of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners, having completed her training in 2019.
Lauren enjoys the variety of cases and continuity of care in general practice. She has a particular interest in women’s health and child health. She is also involved with training GP registrars.
Outside of Juno Health, Lauren is a busy mum of 3 who enjoys reformer pilates, baking, and reading in her spare time.
Aynsley
General Practice Pharmacist
BPharm, PGCertPharmPrac, PGdipSportMed
Aynsley has over 20 years’ experience in both community and general practice pharmacy as well as pharmacy education. She is passionate about all things related to medicine and medication management.
Aynsley values the importance of the patient understanding how their medicines work and why they have been prescribed. As part of her work here at Juno Health, she carries out medication reviews, conducts clinical audits and provides evidence-based education to general practice team.
When not at work, Aynsley loves spending time with her partner and daughter on their lifestyle block and going on adventures to explore our beautiful country. . She is an active volunteer and board member of the local children’s clothing charity, Clothed in Love.
Lisa
Registered Nurse
Lisa trained in Christchurch and has been Practice Nursing for over twenty years in a variety of practices and locations. She enjoys all aspects of her role, but has a special interest in child health. She completed a degree in in Well Child Health and spent five years working as a Plunket nurse.
Rosie
Registered Nurse
After graduating four years ago, Rosie has spent most of her career in the emergency department at Christchurch Hospital.
In 2023, she worked in several remote hospitals across Australia, gaining generalist nursing experience and building on her acute skills.
After recently transitioning to general practice, Rosie is enjoying the new learning opportunities that practice nursing brings.
She has a particular interest in family health, the management of chronic conditions, and continuing her postgraduate study.
Rochelle
Healthcare Assistant
Rochelle is a valued member of our team who joined the practice in 2023.
She has been a healthcare assistant for several years and enjoys the variety of her role.

Ruby has an Applied Science Degree in Health Promotion and Physical Activity.
She is passionate about helping people live healthier lives. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and music, and has a love for reading.
Julie
Receptionist
Julie has been a medical receptionist for many years and joined the team in late 2013. Julie has practical experience as a dispensary technician.
Julie is passionate about gardening and trying her hand at different cuisines.
Antonia
Receptionist
Antonia, originally from the Philippines, relocated to Greymouth with her family in 2017. She spent over six years working as a medical receptionist before her and her family moved to Christchurch last August. A mother of three, Antonia prefers indoor activities and enjoys watching films and television.
