As per our New Patient policy, all new patients over the age of 16 years need to book a “New Patient Consultation” for their first consultation. This is an extended appointment with both your new GP and nurse where your health needs are discussed and together we work on an individualised plan for moving forward. The charge also covers administration time for records transfer, reconciliation and updating.

It is preferable to have your medical notes received prior so please discuss with our reception team when booking.

We like to give you the time needed for your health concerns. Standard 15 minute appointments are typically suitable for ONE issue or repeat prescription. We encourage you to book a double appointment otherwise to ensure we can address the concerns adequately. Women’s health and mental health consults are usually recommended for 30 minute appointments. Follow up appointments may only require standard appointments.

We are pleased to offer same day virtual after-hours GP appointments through Practice Plus. Practice Plus is available weekdays 5:00pm – 10:00pm and weekdays/public holidays 8:00am – 8:00pm.
